Southwest Loop — Part 3 — Arches National Park

After driving through western Colorado late at night and setting up camp in Moab in the dark, we woke up to the most stunning desert view and climbed to the top of a giant rock near our campsite to scope out the landscape. We still talk about it this view on a weekly basis and it's spurred many more nights of intentionally getting to campsites in the dark just so we could be surprised by the view in the morning. It's a nice little surprise after hours + hours of long drives.
